“This was perfect to ease my muscle after a long say and I love it! with 5 speed setting the KINGFIT is great for relieving aching muscles and soreness. at least that is what I use it for. a general leg day can make muscle pretty tight, especially if you accidentally over-do it. but with the foam roller, I was able to loosen up those muscles and ease the pain that came with it.
you can use this for multiple different parts of your body and if you are like me, prone to suffer from aching knee pain, this is certainly the product to go for. there are multiple settings that come with it including speed, intensity, and textures which imitate the kneading of fingers and palms. I like to customize and alternate between each setting depending upon how much relief I need.
