Stable genius!, was looking for a bench for the hyper back extension, sit-ups, and a flat bench was about to buy a similar product from other manufacturers when I saw this one for less.

Glad I chose this as it is very solid and stable with no movement whatsoever. the incline is easy to adjust as well. As others have said the plastic footpad is a poor design as they are not attached.

Also like others, I think it should be a few inches longer for a flat bench but it is workable assemble instructions were with one step being completely and obviously incorrect.

I did get a communication from the seller that there were new instructions but I had already assembled it. overall it is a great buy very happy with it.

Read before you decide, I’ve read a lot of reviews prior to buying and a  lot of negative comments made me doubt. I received my package yesterday and assemble it ASAP. what you should know.

The item was not damaged in any way perfect condition plastic intact the seat cushion intact metals were not scraped.

assembly parts screw, bolts, tools needed were all there no missing parts. parts are grouped and labeled base on steps so you don’t use them incorrectly.

It is not flimsy you just need a firm grip and strength to put it together since you are going to be using this equipment and could injure yourself if you don’t do it correctly.

I did not need any additional tools.

you can do abs, you can do lower back everything fits every for a small person, yes those cushiony things may be adjustable, please do.

Please be patient and assemble correctly your safety matters.

Functional sure quality, it’s been a year, and the only cons I am still upset about is the foot pedal and the pin unscrewing, wish I could get the upgraded welded feet. I’ve added two stars since it is done well the last year, despite its imperfections.

so I get got this bench to go alongside my other bench.

if I did this over again, id spends more to avoid my cons.

quality control. the arch on the decent that bolts to the foot tube is the wrong curvature making a permanent gap. the bench is still solid, but not sure how it will be over time.

The curls back extensions pad pin. the welded nut is either not thick enough or the pin body is too long. either could fix the issue. but the pin cannot be screwed in all the way otherwise it clamps the assembly from being able to move up and down in positions when the pin is pulled.

since it cannot be screwed in all the way, a few pulls of the spring pin cause it to slowly unthread and the pinfall out,

The bench decline does not rest in full decline, concerning that the lock fins will bench due to the arm being too short and the weight resting on the lock fins instead of the decent frame
